Whenever our 2.7 million (and growing) customers need us, however they need us, we’re there. Our network covers agents, visiting customers’ homes throughout the UK, as well as websites and c.270 branches, plus administrative offices, call centres – and a modern Head Office in Bradford, West Yorkshire. So, we’re ready to help all customers in the way that suits them best, whether that’s face-to-face, online or by phone. Over 90% of our customers tell us they’re satisfied – it proves we’re doing things right, and we’re very proud of that. But that doesn’t mean we’re standing still. Far from it.

That’s why in recent months we’ve launched two new brands – Satsuma Loans and glo – and made smart phone apps available to all our self-employed Agents.
We’re also making life better for our communities with £2m invested in 2013 helping nearly 80,000 people.
