• Any advertisement for a vacancy will clearly define the key points of the role.

This monitoring form will not be included as part of the formal application but will be retained separately and will not be used as the basis for any engagement decision.

• Short listing for interviews will be based upon the applicant’s suitability to run an agency.
• A written record will be completed of the interview and reasons for acceptance or rejection recorded.
