About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Financial Difficulties team at our Bradford office in the heart of the centre. In this role you will be managing and progressing customer's accounts who are in financial difficulty, including insolvencies. You will ensure that work is delivered in line with SLAs and the FCA regulations, this will include liaising with external third party companies via written correspondence either in free-format or using prescribed templates where appropriate to help deliver fair and consistent customer outcomes .This is an administrative role therefore ad-hoc admin duties & data entry may be required.

Skills and Experience

You will be a positive and proactive individual who has excellent communication skills with an eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be a confident Administrator who is competent with the MS Office packages. Previous experience e of working in a financial services industry is an advantage but not essential

Grades A-C in Maths & English
