We are looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to support the design and delivery for the training we provide within our growing contact centres here at Provident and Head Office. Working as part of an ambitious and innovative team, you will aim to design and deliver comprehensive call centre inductions, workshops and programmes across all brands within head office to improve internal talent and increase the knowledge and skills of our customer facing call operators.
Working in an FCA regulated environment, you will be working as part of a team where you are hands on with the design, delivery and coordination across all contact centre training. Providing reports that indicate or validate a return on expectations; including individual feedback reports on new starters. You will be hands on with training our people and be an ambassador for the development of our people. Day to day you will be constantly be in communication with stakeholders who are our subject matter experts around the business, working effectively to develop our contact centre service offering which remains vital.
Ultimately excellent communication skills, attention to detail, being articulate and extremely passionate is essential along with having up to date knowledge of contemporary development models along with experience of coaching preferably up to and including first line management levels.
