We are currently looking for a Risk Oversight Senior Manager to join our Risk Department. Reporting directly into the Head of Enterprise Risk Oversight, you will be responsible for the continued development and oversight of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework within Provident.
This role will take ownership for oversight of HR and Operational Risk by coaching colleagues within the business through helping to develop a risk intelligent culture at all levels, by creating strong leadership, involvement, learning, accountability and communication. You will take a lead on gathering relevant risk information to channel to the Board of Directors along with having an eye for detail and be keen to develop, verify and control what is working effectively; you will also have the ability to challenge constructively in the best interest of the business.
