About the Role

Supporting the General Manager you will be the first point of contact for when all administration tasks are to take place. Tasks include; booking meeting rooms, hotel accommodation and travel requirements for the senior divisional team.

You will also be required to conduct the day to day administration duties such as: updating and maintaining attendance, absence and holiday records for all staff within the division. Liaising with the Finance department to check and resolve credit card spend and anomalies.

Skills and Experience

Our ideal Divisional Administrator will:

  • Possess good planning and organisation skills
  • Have the proven ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks within a given deadline
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be a proficient user of the Microsoft Office package.
  • Be an extremely organised person with the ability to work unsupervised
  • Set and deliver high personal standards of work
  • Contribute to the Divisional objectives whilst building relationships across the division with all levels of colleagues
