About the Role
Here at provident we have a new and exciting opportunity as an Operational Training Advisor. In this role you will deliver, maintain and evaluate bespoke training programmes in line with business objectives for Field Colleagues. Your key responsibilities will be to manage and maintain the regional training hub to the required standards set out by the L&D function, this includes the ordering and setup of on-boarding programmes, equipment, training material and administration of stock as well as managing and maintain MI of the regional training hub in line with business process. This includes the logging of attendance, course evaluation and learners results on the Learning Management System.
Demonstrating capability and commitment in the implementation and delivery of training programmes to assist in the building of a blended learning portfolio as well as research new techniques, maintaining regulatory compliance of all training materials as well as been able to partner with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to meet training requirements, acting as the L & D advisor on field projects.
Supporting the development of specialised eLearning content and new technologies to enhance stakeholder knowledge, effectively communicating with the L&D Centre of Expertise to provide feedback on agreed timelines and deadlines identifying any gaps in the learning programmes using accepted education principles and track new training methodology and techniques to support a changing business.
You will provide quality management Information to support and evidence FCA requirements as required as well as assisting colleagues in the development and maintenance of the required skill sets to improve against performance objectives, carrying out regular training needs analysis to identify skills or knowledge gaps required to support the business, as well as covering another regional training hub for annual leave and absenteeism cover, requiring you to deliver training and support at times outside of normal working hours during periods of high demand. Skills and Experience
We require experience of working in a multi-site customer service environment with proven ability to complete full training cycle from identification through to evaluation. You would have sound knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools and be able to demonstrate a methodical, logical and intelligent approach to problem resolution. It is essential that you are fully MS Office 365 proficient with proven organisational skills capable of handling multiple assignments and capable of working remotely under minimal supervision during and outside normal working hours
It would be beneficial if you are able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail communicating effectively and assertively with all levels of the business as well demonstrate commitment to continual service improvement. Understanding the requirements of a FCA regulated business and Fully Adobe Suite proficient with experience of running remote training locations.
Studying for a professional qualification preferably CIPD
Holds a coaching qualification
