About the role
We are looking for a Risk Analyst to join our Enterprise Risk Team in our Bradford Head Office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has recently graduated, who has passion and possesses a keen interest in risk and control.
As a Risk Analyst you will provide support and cover to the Risk Management Information Systems Manager. You will play a major part in the development, expansion, administration, reporting and everyday management of our Risk Management System which is a vital element of day-to-day Risk Management. You will need to constantly keep your eye on the ball, implementing system improvements, providing guidance and coaching mechanisms as well as user guides to ensure the best user experience for all stakeholders.
You will take a lead on performing daily administrative tasks on the risk management system including managing user accounts, updating profiles and query handling. The role presents a development opportunity for someone to get involved in the risk and governance aspects of business, including policy development and the production of risk reporting to Executive Risk Committees.
Experience isnt essential â€“ its who you are that will make all the difference. You will need to be comfortable both working with data, and talking to all kinds of people. Life experience and a professional approach are important coupled with a huge interest in Risk. The Risk Analyst must demonstrate a great attention to detail, the ability to influence colleagues internally, and have an understanding of the financial sector.
