About the Role

A new opportunity has arisen for a Service Introduction Analyst at our head office in Bradford. Here you will be responsible for the completion and delivery of Service Impact Assessments for new or changed services being introduced into Service Run.

Tasks will include completing Service Impact Assessment for all new & changed services introduced to Service Run, working with the Project Delivery team to establish changes being made to IT infrastructure and how this will impact Service Run, ensure impact to end users as a result of changes to Service is captured, establish a base line of incidents to be introduced into Service Run as a result of introduction of a new service, and provide Service Transition a high level overview on impact to current BAU run activity during pilot and rollout phases of the project

Other duties will include ensuring Service Impact Assessment feeds into Service Transition and Design Documentation and Process, supporting the Supplier Governance Manager in contact negotiations, ensuring Impact on Service from Supplier Management is captured and included into the Service Impact Assessment, and escalating any delays or issues to the Service Introduction Manager.

  • Service Impact & Business Impact Assessments
  • Understanding of technical infrastructures.
  • Ability to communicate with personnel at all levels of the business.
  • Good understanding of Procurement Management
  • ITIL Foundation
