About the Role

This role is a key part of the Central Operations Team. Our colleagues in Central Operations are the key link between our Bradford Head Office and our colleagues in our 250 branches across the UK & ROI. They deliver a crucial role in ensuring our branches are able to operate efficiently, effectively and focus on 'Just Trade'.

A fundamental element of Central Operations remit is to ensure any business critical issues are managed and esacalated quickly. To ensure this agility is maintained this role will be in place to respond to tactical interventions and that they are followed up for resolution. The role focuses on working with our branch colleagues to quickly deliver solutions but also escalate the need for process change when needed to ensure process, systems and procedures allow branches to operate to their maximum potential.
Skills and Experience
The experience you'll need to be successful in the role:

You'll enjoy working in fast paced operations role and will have previous experience of working in a similar central operations team. You're looking for a new challenge though, that allows you to build a develop your skills and career further though.

On a daily basis you'll need to be operating at pace and enjoy the challenge of working with our branch managers to quickly resolve issues or escalate for further investigation. Your initiative, communications skills and ability to quickly problem solve will be your key strengths you will already have and will bring to the role from day one. You'll need to be accountable, have a strong analytical approach and have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to compliment your pace and problem solving ability.
