About the role
Here at Provident, we are currently looking for a HR Business Partner to join our HR Team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner, you will work alongside business leaders and line managers to support the delivery of our people plan. You will work in partnership to provide divisional support across Head Office and the Field to devise a HR agenda; to support the achievement of business strategy; drive business performance, growth, colleague capability and engagement.
Working amongst a team of 5 strong HR professionals which includes a HR Advisor who will leads on supporting some of the day to day casework across the divisions. Working together you will take a combined approach on engaging & motivating colleagues across the business to deliver business objectives. The HR Business Partner will also provide expert advice to Head of Functions and Managers to ensure our organisational structure is fit for purpose; along with liaising with stakeholders across the HR department such as Reward, Policy, Learning & Development to promote colleague engagement and workforce planning.
