Our Customer Experience Managers are the face of Provident, visiting customers in their homes for scheduled appointments '“ issuing loans, and collecting regular repayments. You will be managing a book of existing customers, while growing this through new business.

You'll be meeting new people on a daily basis, and your day-to-day will involve carrying out Income & Expenditure assessments with customers in their homes, maintaining regular customer contact over the phone and face to face, and providing excellent customer service every step of the way. You will be responsible for collecting loan repayments so you will need to comfortable handling cash and visiting customers in their homes. About the Role

You will be travelling around your assigned area visiting customers '“ so no two days are likely to be the same. This is an ideal opportunity for people with a passion for customer service who are looking to break away from the office and onto the road.

We have a great in-house training team who provide full training when you start, and you'll also have the advice and support of your Area Manager. We will make sure you have all the knowledge and training you'll need to succeed.

You will have a real flair for customer service while being comfortable having conversations with customers around their finances to help provide them with appropriate lending. It is a challenging opportunity that is recognised in the £23,000 per annum salary alongside bonus, full training and other excellent benefits.

Skills and Experience
To best reach our customers, you’ll work 37.5 hours per week on a shift pattern between 8am – 8pm Monday – Friday, working some Saturdays 8am – 1pm. As you’d be working with various systems and applications, we’re looking for people who are IT literate with a good standard of maths and English. Full UK driving licence is essential.
