About the Role

Building relationships with stakeholders in both the field and in the Head Office is an essential part of the role '“ so a confident communicator is required.
You will have varied experience in HR management (HR Business Partner / Regional HR Manager / HR Advisor), and will have a strong commercial focus with good business acumen.
To best support our region, you'll work 37.5 hours per week on a shift pattern between 8am '“ 8pm Monday '“ Friday, working some Saturdays 8am '“ 1pm. As you'd be working with various systems and applications, we're looking for people who are IT literate with a good standard of maths and English. Full UK driving licence is essential.
