Our Regional HR Managers are an integral part of our field based team at Provident, partnering with the business to provide support to our colleagues, building relationships with stakeholders in both the field and in the Head Office is an essential part of the role ''œso a confident communicator is required.
You will have varied experience in HR management (HR Business Partner / Regional HR Manager / HR Advisor), and will have a strong commercial focus with good business acumen. We are looking for people who are IT literate with a good standard of maths and English and Full UK driving license is essential.
