We take complaint handling seriously here, making sure that we re-build effective relationships with our customers. So we can continue to do this we're looking for experienced Complaints Handlers to join us on a permanent basis. Our complaints handlers are responsible for dealing with complaints in an FCA regulated environment - so experience in financial services is desirable.

About the Role

This isn't a complaints handling team that works from scripts and templates, so we are seeking people who can think outside the box to solve problems and use their initiative to come to a fair and reasoned conclusion for our customers. In short, experienced Complaint Handlers who can demonstrate their ability to:

  • Take ownership of complaints (cradle to grave), ensuring a fair and reasonable outcome
  • Translate complex pieces of information into clear and succinct customer communication
  • Write bespoke resolution letters, not relying on templates
  • Have a passion for outstanding customer service, always looking through the eyes of the customer
  • Thrive in a fast paced complaints team

Skills and Experience

Complaints Handler - Financial Services - Complaint Handler - FCA - Home Credit - Jobs in Bradford

Work Location: Bradford City Centre, BD1 2ST
Starting Salary: £21,000 per annum
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week. The contracted hours for this position are 8am - 8pm Monday to Sunday. Currently the shifts operated are between 8 - 6 Monday to Friday, however this is subject to change.
