Satsuma Loans are part of Provident Financial Group - a FTSE250 organisation who have been based in Bradford since 1880. We exist to help people when others won't, and we're looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our inbound contact centre team in Bradford city centre.

You'll be the first person our customers speak to when they call, offering a friendly voice and a helping hand. You will be focused on providing exceptional service to our customers, dealing with a wide range of inbound calls.

We're a trusted lender - making sure the loans we offer are manageable, understandable, and exactly right for our customers. It's this simple, responsible approach that really makes us different. And, joining our contact centre team, you'll be a big part of this.
About the Role
Contact centre experience isn't essential...

It's who you are that will make all the difference. We'd like to speak to people who can demonstrate their customer service skills over the phone. We provide comprehensive training - we have an in-house Learning & Development team who will make sure you know everything you need to about our products and services before joining the team.

Essential: Grades A - C in GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week. Our lines are open 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday; and 8am - 5pm Saturday. You will be on a rota shift pattern, for example working 8am - 4pm; 10am - 6pm; 12pm - 8pm. We ask that applicants are flexible to work these hours as required.

Successful applicants will pass three years referencing, a credit & fraud check, and a criminal records check.
