Our Customer Service Advisors are the first people our customers speak to when they call, offering a reassuring voice and a helping hand. You will be focused on providing exceptional service to our customers, dealing with a wide range of inbound calls. Whether the customer is calling with a simple request to make a payment, or a complex query that needs resolving - you will be there to help.
We provide full training to our new starters, so you'll learn everything you need to know about our products and services before joining the team.

Because our contact centre and Head Office are in the same location, we can offer unique progression opportunities to our colleagues. Customer Service Advisors that started their career with Provident in our contact centre are now working in senior management, operations management and in our various support functions such as IT, HR, Marketing and Finance.
- Start Date: Monday 13th August
- Working hours: 37.5 hours per week. Our lines are open 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday; and 8am - 5pm Saturday. You will be on a rota shift pattern working 8am - 4pm; 10am - 6pm; 12pm - 8pm. We ask that applicants are flexible to work these hours as required.
