Available as a maternity cover fixed term contract (minimum 6 months) this Facilities Support Administrator position offers the opportunity to join a busy Head Office function, supporting our colleagues based in our field offices across the country.
This is the ideal position for applicants with previous administration experience.

Working to support our facilities team through providing accurate, efficient and effective administrative support - you'll have responsibility for incident reporting, managing & creating ID cards, exception reporting and general office administration.
A keen eye for detail will be needed to ensure compliance and the accurate input of data.
You'll maintain various internal and external relationships - working closely with other teams in the head office as well as external suppliers.
This position will suit someone with a methodical approach to their work, who is happy to work autonomously within a supportive team.
The successful applicant will ideally have experience in an administrative role as well as excellent customer service skills.
Highly desirable is someone with a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Joining us on a 35 hours per week contract, the starting salary for this position is Â£17,600 per annum. Please note that this is a 6 month fixed term contract.
