About the Role
As a CEM you will be the front face of our operation visiting people in their own homes collecting loan repayments and re-issuing loan amounts.

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communications skills, who is reliable and dependable with a good levels of personal organization. This role will include face to face interaction with our customers every day and traveling to people's homes on pre-booked visits, therefore it is essential you have a full UK diving license and access to your own car to be able to apply for this role.

To assist you with this role you will be provided the latest technology to work with to do the role to the best of your ability and set you up for success. We also offer a full training program of 5 days, which may require you to stay away from home.

Essential requirements '“
  • Customer service experience
  • Full UK driving License and access to car
  • Time management and organization skills
  • Technical ability on a IOS/Android Device

Skills and Experience
In return we offer you a basic salary of £23000 + Bonus + benefits which include 25 days holiday increasing to 28 after 5 full years of service, NEST pension, life assurance, discretionary, SAYE and BAYE schemes also available after 6 months of service.
