About Us

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Field Customer Acquisition Manager to join our Bradford Head Office. You will support the Home Credit Customer Growth agendas in both UK & ROI through ownership of the Field Marketing plans.

About the Role
Key Accountabilities
  • Leading cross-functional business teams to deliver business objectives
  • Engagement with multiple stakeholders, particularly field colleagues, to drive success & ensure alignment across key focus areas
  • Responsible for ensuring that all field marketing campaigns are planned, implemented and managed with defined target prospects and requirements in mind
  • Ensure that the content of all field marketing activity is accurate, clear, fair and not misleading
  • Ensure that any new customer acquisition related financial promotions and central / regulatory communications are designed, approved and executed within the relevant policy frameworks, rules and regulations
  • Ownership of the field marketing acquisition plans
  • Drive activity and performance through the field channel through channel development, co-ordination of campaigns and performance management, working closely with the National Performance Manager and other field colleagues
  • Active participation into other key areas '“ training, UX, customer research
  • Regularly travel and attend regional/divisional meetings.
Skills and Experience
Ideal Candidate

Alongside the core values that Provident look for in all employees, we expect you to have a strong background in Commercial / Marketing (preferably in F2F / Field Marketing channels) with a track record of delivery against challenging goals.

You will have strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills, and be able to build strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders across the matrix
Understanding of corporate governance frameworks.

You will be adept at balancing long-term strategic thinking with day-to-day operational activity and have experience of agency and supplier management.

A full clean driving license will be required.
