About the Role
About the Role

As an Infrastructure Specialist, supporting Azure and Active Directory, you will be responsible for build, delivery and support of our Hybrid Azure Platform. Working with a broad selection of technology you will be pivotal to the success of new and existing IT deployments.
Skills and Experience
About You

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Third line support experience within an Azure / Cloud-based role
  • Experience of implementing and supporting ADFS, Azure AD, Office 365 & Exchange Server.
  • Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management including RBAC and Conditional Access.
  • Experience of implementing and supporting solutions on or using the following technologies:
    • Windows Server
    • IaaS, PaaS and Serverless
    • PowerShell Scripting including Desired State Configuration
    • Microsoft System Centre Suite SCCM, SCOM and Orchestrator.
  • Experience of root cause analysis and problem management to SME level on Microsoft services based infrastructure (on-premise) and Azure Cloud based services.
  • Working closely with Platform Design and Key Stakeholders to transition new IT services into production support.
  • Strong discipline for creation of technical AND process documentation, and working to defined build standards and templates.
  • Demonstrable grounding in understanding business customer needs and business, project and architectural acumen.
  • Microsoft BizTalk Enterprise Server 2010, Intune (MDM & MAM), Express Route, SharePoint Online
  • Working Knowledge and Experience with system monitoring and reporting packages such as HP One View, Solarwinds, System Centre Operations Manager 2012R2, Azure Monitor/OMS and New Relic.

  • MCSE or equivalent qualification
