About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable commercial experience in a 3 month, fixed term position. In this role you will be part of the Financial Difficulties Team within our Home Credit division and report into the Financial Difficulties Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce written responses to customer/third party correspondence in a professional manner, either in free-format or using prescribed templates where appropriate to help deliver fair and consistent customer outcomes.
  • Inputting data accurately.
  • Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with defined process and/or procedures.
  • Ensure our customers are at the heart of everything we do and our actions enhance our customer relationship.
  • Respond to queries from other business areas and external third parties.Manage and progress customer accounts following third party contact.
Skills and Experience
About You

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Experience of working in an administration environment.
  • Updating of data on to computer systems.
  • Possess attention to detail and adopts a methodical approach to handling correspondence.
  • Good communication skills and the confidence to communicate with people at all levels in an organisation.
  • Able to work under own initiative but can identify when assistance is required and engage senior colleagues to provide assistance.
  • Previous experience and understanding of the Insolvency journey.
  • Previous experience of working in the Financial Services sector.

  • GCSE or above in English & Maths or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages
