We are looking for full time Customer Service Advisors who are either experienced or looking for an early career opportunity who can demonstrate a pro-active attitude and a '˜can-do' approach as well as a friendly telephone manner when speaking to our customer's.

We may be able to accommodate candidates looking for part time roles within our Contact Centre to suit their needs with opportunities to cover afternoon / evening shifts including weekends. About the Role
About the role:
As a Customer Service Advisor you'll be the first point of telephone contact for our customers. You will provide an exceptional service, dealing with a wide range of inbound calls from taking a payment to a more complex query that needs resolving - you will be there to help.

We provide full training to our new starters, so you'll learn everything you need to know about our products and services before joining the team.

  3. INITIATIVE '“ You need to be able to respond to customers quickly and, although there are processes for you to follow, you also need to be able to think on your feet and come up with the right outcome.

  • The natural ability to treat each customer as an individual and deliver a tailored response.
  • The confidence to think on your feet and the flexibility to adapt to a wide range of responsibilities.
  • Numerical and computer skills, and the attention to detail needed to succeed in a regulated environment.
  • The ability to understand and empathise with customers who may be experiencing financial difficulties.
