About the Role

Working within the Programme Management Office, you will be responsible for portfolio reporting, resource capacity planning, ongoing audit of risks and issues and reporting across the Consumer Credit Division. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a small, supportive, dynamic team and really make a difference to ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage Financial inputs for the Portfolio & Programme level reporting
  • Consolidate cost input data in conjunction with Finance, providing critique of data quality and sense checking ahead of formal submission.
  • Effective management Conducting some Project Health Checks & Stage Gate reviews in line with the governance process across all Projects within CCD Programmes.
  • Support the PMO Manager in developing a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Strong team player, maintain a continuous close working relationship with Programme and Project Managers to ensure a full understanding of all current and future project deliverables.
Skills and Experience
About You

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Excellent skills in MS Office programs with proven experience of producing high quality reporting and dashboards.
  • Experience of Project & Programme financial reporting and the ability to confidently challenge and interrogate information / data.
  • Strong team working & collaboration across stakeholder group of Programme, Project Managers and Accountable Execs.
  • Ability to influence and constructively challenge a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced continuous delivery environment.
  • Previous experience as a PMO Analyst with a focus on financials.

  • Significant experience working in a Programme Management Office in a fast paced delivery environment preferably operating both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications specifically: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge & experience of SharePoint
