About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Performance Analysis and Planning Specialist to join or Marketing function who will support commercial and operational business goals by delivering performance analysis and insight, based on analysis of offline and digital activity across a range of channels.

The primary focus for our Performance Analysis and Planning Specialist is to provide vital insights to stakeholders to guide marketing performance, as well as helping delivery teams make informed decisions as part of continuous programs of renewal and transformation. Some other key responsibilities include:
  • Act as SME for Performance Analysis, providing analysis and insight to others, highlighting opportunities through hypothesis-led work and providing informed and measurable recommendations and actions.
  • Provide digital channel performance analysis, dashboards, digital analytics expertise and tagging support in order to deliver standardised '˜best in Group' reporting capability.
  • Analysis of performance dashboards and reports, identifying areas of improvement and recommending solutions to be implemented to develop commercialisation activities and maximize business growth.
  • Provide support, knowledge and metrics expertise across digital performance and promote digital performance best practice.
  • Develop partnerships with internal stakeholders (and where applicable external stakeholders such as Decibel Insight and Adobe) to ensure that identified opportunities can be efficiently scoped, deployed and measured.
Skills and Experience
What you will have:
  • Demonstrable experience in defining and measuring performance in a fast moving, analytics-driven organisation.
  • Previous experience using web analytical tools, especially Adobe Analytics.
  • Track record for identifying usage patterns and trends in metrics and working to proactively articulate statistical insights as commercial opportunities.
  • Previous experience managing and producing reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Sound judgement and ability to operate independently and objectively in a challenging and changing work environment.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across a broad range of business stakeholders at all levels.
