About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity as a Senior Partnerships Executive within our Commercial function. The successful candidate will be required to support the development and on-going management of existing 3rd party and group relationships to ensure business objectives are met.

In this role you will be required to do the following;
  • Work with the Commercial Partnerships Manager in leading cross-functional business teams to deliver key initiatives
  • Work closely with the Commercial Partnerships Manager in identifying and attracting the right new partners and on boarding them from '˜prospect' to '˜live'
  • Deliver a best in class experience and proposition for our customers and partners to become the lender of choice across all distribution channels
  • Maintain and evolve as appropriate the Partner Management framework to reflect internal and external developments and regulation
  • Delivery of KPIs across all our Brands
  • Take ownership for some partner relationships including the negotiation of contracts and commercial terms, whilst monitoring of profitability with the Strategic Analytics function
  • Management of third party partnerships.
  • Ensure relevant policies are understood and complied with and processes reflect current practices and are adhered to, including the management of risk events.
  • Manage key regulatory and conduct risks in line with policy and risk appetite owning conversations with second line.
  • Working with the Senior Manager and Commercial Manager to anticipate future challenges both internally and externally.
Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will have:

  • Must have Strong commercial understanding and business acumen with an ability to problem solve
  • Ability to Self-start, as well as be able to work under their own initiative, with minimal supervision
  • Previous success in building strong working relationships
  • Strong communication (written and oral) skills with an ability to influence internal and external stakeholders across all levels
  • Proven ability to effectively plan and organise work effectively and prioritise activities
  • Must be able to operate at pace in a fast-moving environment
  • Partnership & Sales management experience
  • Experience of Financial Services
  • Experience of budget / cost management
  • Experience in negotiation
  • Understand the requirements of an FCA regulated business and the importance of good risk management and oversight
