About the Role
About the Role

In this role you will be a part of Provident's Digital Transformation team, aligning IT strategy with business goals. Working with a broad range of Business and IT leaders, you will analyse, document and manage requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle ensuring traceability of agreed requirements through delivery of new processes and/or system solutions. You will also contribute toward continuous improvement and development within the Business Analysis community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Discover, analyse and understand the true business need and determine the business objective.
  • Articulate the benefits of new business processes, technology or strategies to achieve stakeholder buy in and active participation
  • Define and understand the impact of change to the business and its key stakeholders.
  • Elicit business requirements using a catalogue of business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Define '˜As Is' Processes, and model '˜To Be' Business Processes.
  • Adhere to the defined change, and Business Analysis lifecycle, producing the relevant documentation required to a high standard.
  • Working with the wider transformation team to ensure that the programme strategic goals are met.
Skills and Experience
About You

We would like you to have some of the following:
  • Substantial experience as a Business Analyst within a corporate function, ideally within a regulated industry.
  • Experience of working within a transformation project.
  • A good understanding and experience of Business Analysis frameworks, business processes management, business requirements and experience of different SDLC methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex data.
  • Highly developed communication skills.
  • Good commercial acumen.
  • Ability to diagnose problems, and root causes.
  • Competence to advise and influence key decision makers.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
