We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our Group Transformation function who will play a key role working directly with our Programme Directors to directly support the delivery of large, complex Programmes. The Programmes are likely to be of a Transformational or Organisational change nature that will require working across Group and a multi-divisional structure.
This Role will require a senior, experienced individual that will use their experience, knowledge and flair to add value to the development of a large scale programme.

Key responsibilities include:
- Develop, define, organise and plan a large Transformational Programme.
- Work with the business leaders to define the scope and options to deliver the required outcomes; takes all requirements into account when considering options.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with peers, stakeholders and the wider business to ensure engagement, support & delivery of the Programme's desired outcomes and therefore its benefits and vision.
- Ensure that the impact of any change being proposed by the Programme is considered and an appropriate change management approach is developed that will contribute to a healthy change experience.
- Be an ambassador for Group Transformation and contribute to the maturing & further development of the function.
- Develop the business case in conjunction with business leaders and Programme Director that includes, but is not limited to high level costs, resource requirements and identification / definition of benefits.
- Is Identifies suitable mechanisms by which benefits can be realised and measured.
- Manages any third party contributions to the Programme, including but not limited to; definition of role, delivery timescales & cost management.
- Ensure that all risks, issues and dependencies associated to the Programme are properly documented, reported and actively managed, proposing appropriate actions and accompanied by effective communication throughout the process.
- Ensure that the impact of any change being proposed by the Programme is considered and an appropriate change management approach is developed that will contribute to a healthy change experience.
- Demonstrate creativity, innovation and ethical thinking in applying solutions.

- Project Management qualification (one or more of Prince2, PMI, Agile Project Management).
- Highly proficient in standard Microsoft Office applications as well as Microsoft Project.
- Experience working with SharePoint / Microsoft Teams.
- Understand the requirements of an FCA regulated business
- Detailed knowledge and experience within the Financial Services sector
