The Digital space is an ever changing landscape. Working as part of our engaging and creative Digital team you will help us drive change and communicate customer trends to stakeholders across the business.

Working as a Digital Analyst across multiple brands, including Provident Home Credit and our Market Leading Satsuma Loans, you will be responsible for delivering the digital analytic strategy and will provide specialist expertise in web analytics across the organisation.

You will support commercial and operational business goals by delivering a web analytics and insight service, based on data retrieval, monitoring and analysis of web data across a range of data sources covering digital channels (Mobile, Web and App)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Being the SME and internal champion for Digital Analytics.
  • The day to day business owner for all web analytics tools, their configuration and management.
  • Ownership of Tag management across the business
  • Responsible for delivering the Digital Analytics plan for CCD, ensuring that internal customers' requirements are delivered on time and to the required standard.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that Digital Analytics is used to proactively inform and evaluate changes to customer journeys and the marketing strategy.
  • Support the Digital Performance Manager in the production of Insights, analysis and insight.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  • Previous experience and excellent working knowledge of analytics tools, such as Adobe and Google Analytics
  • Previous experience building and producing reports for Senior Stakeholders
  • Experience working with web data in a business change environment
  • A good sense of commercial understanding and business acumen ideally through exposure to change budgets and digital P&L
  • Highly numerate, with an excellent analytical acumen
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across a broad range of business stakeholders
  • Good communication (written & verbal) skills
  • Understanding of in page analytical solutions such as Click Tale, Decibel Insights or similar is desirable but not essential.
